TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
Thank you to one of our amazing customers for letting us know that our contact form on our website is not working properly.
>> We genuinely appreciate when we receive that follow-up nudge, "Hey, I reached out last week through your website and I haven't heard from you."
As many of you know, we do our best to respond to every inquiry - we PREFER email, to save the sanity of our customers and their ear drums, but we will phone when needed.
This morning we got a follow up "Are you still in business?"
And that prompted a DIG IN,
It appears our contact us portions of the website have been holding onto your emails instead of forwarding them to me. An "in limbo" situation as an update on the website was needed.
Because of the quick follow up, and "we would like to do business with you", we are now able to address the update.
We sincerely apologize if we haven't responded to your requests for sweeps in the last little bit, apparently, if you didn't email me directly, it has gone into the "waiting to update" cue and we are feverishly working to get that resolved.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
