An office you actually want to spend time in. Here’s why.

Walking in from downtown, you’re greeted by a custom wood wool and moss feature wall designed by , bringing a little nature inside and giving the space an immediate sense of warmth.

The layout keeps people connected, with open workstations and shared tables that make collaboration feel natural instead of keeping everyone tucked away at a desk. When it’s time to focus, private quiet pods are just steps away.

Then there are the details that give it personality: the breeze block wall, concrete entry walls, a warm wood slat canopy overhead and terrazzo underfoot.

Back in June, we gave you a look behind the scenes. Now Urban Systems has a workplace that feels less like somewhere you have to be, and more like somewhere you want to be.

Moving one of Canada’s best bars is no small thing.

Citrus & Cane brought a bold vision to Trounce Alley: sweeping curves, statement wallpaper, and lighting that adds character to every corner. Mid-construction, it can be hard to see how all those pieces will come together.

A big vision is one thing. Bringing it to life through every surprise a build throws at you is another. That takes a team who can see where it’s going, even when no one else can.

Now one of downtown Victoria’s favourite bars has more seats, a patio, an entrance everyone can use, and a home as bold as its cocktails.

Ready to move higher?

Vertical Coast Fitness had a clear vision: rhythm-based VersaClimber classes where the whole room climbs together, lifted by the beat and a sense of community.

Our job was to build the room that made that possible. 💪

It starts at the front desk, where a fluted green front desk and warm wood pendant make the first impression feel more ‘boutique studio’ than gym.
On the floor, rows of climbers face the mirrors so every member can see the class moving together and feel its energy. And after the last song, change rooms and showers that feel more like home than a locker room.

In July, this was concrete, framing and exposed wiring. Getting from there to here took the same thing every class does: showing up and putting in the work.

The transformation at Sage MD is a great example of what thoughtful planning, quality workmanship, and attention to detail can bring to a commercial renovation.

From the early stages of construction to the finished clinic, every phase of this project came together to create a clean, modern, and functional space.

From a shell to a productive space.

The Yarrow Centre transformation shows what thoughtful design and quality construction can do for a commercial space. What started as a blank shell is now a functional, welcoming environment built to support the people who use it every day.

Another project brought to life by the Brenric team.

A space built with little ones and their families in mind 🤍

We’re proud to share the newly completed Yarrow Centre, a thoughtfully designed project that brings early learning, therapy, and family wellness together under one roof.

From the bright, welcoming learning spaces, to the child-friendly details, dedicated play areas, accessible washroom, kitchen, and outdoor space, our team worked to bring every element of the design together with care and precision.

Projects like this are a meaningful part of what we do at Brenric. We’re proud to build spaces that serve a purpose, support the community, and make a lasting difference for the people who use them every day.

Congratulations to The Yarrow Centre on this beautiful new chapter. Thank you for trusting Brenric to help bring your vision to life.
