Our Hamiota project is complete! This fourplex is nestled into the heart of Oak Bay, built with cohesion to the surrounding neighbourhood a top priority. Designed with gathering in mind, our Douglas Grove project has been thoughtfully considered down to the smallest detail. From the use of 18-inch floor trusses to neatly conceal mechanical services to cast-iron vertical plumbing stacks that help minimize sound, every choice contributes to a home that feels as considered as it is comfortable. With its clean lines and traditional Craftsman character, it’s a home made for welcoming others and sharing life together. We’re excited to be part of bringing this incredible home to life.

A first look at our completed Willow Lane project! Nestled in the heart of Oak Bay Village, just steps from the ocean, Willow Lane is a custom duplex designed with privacy, connection, and the character of its surroundings in mind.

Two distinct homes, each with its own outdoor retreat, a balcony on one side, a patio on the other, brought together through refined architectural details and thoughtful design.
