Come and experience light and landscape at our new Victoria by the Sea Gallery and Shop. Original oil paintings, acrylic and watercolours of Prince Edward Island are all on display. A spark of an idea is explored in pencil sketches, followed by small studies in watercolour, oil or acrylic and finally a painting emerges on canvas. Her inspiration is the landscape. Light reflecting on fields, stormy

skies rolling over bodies of water, trees and buildings marking the horizon all grab her imagination. Expressive style and colour are used to capture a moment in time.

It’s a wet, cool Maritime Day! What is there to do?
Come out to Victoria by the Sea. Enjoy a nice lunch at one of three restaurants, or coffee and gluten free bakery at Victoria Glass Studio and Market. Then wander down Main Street to find some shops open for the season. Be sure to drop in Birchtree Gallery, 8 Main St. where things are warm, comfortable and colourful!
