Throwback Thursday 🏚️➡️🏗️

Before the demo crews rolled in, we had work to do.

Throwing it back to the Travellers Inn project, where our team removed hazardous materials and helped prepare the site for its next chapter.

A Call From the Past ☎️🏚️

Long before cell phones fit in our pockets, buildings like this were the communications hubs that kept communities connected. Every phone call passed through switchboards and equipment housed within these walls.

Now, after decades of service, this old exchange is preparing for its final call.

Before demolition can begin, any hazardous materials identified within the building must be safely removed. That’s where we come in. Our team carefully removes regulated materials, helping prepare the site for the next phase of its life.

Nobody sees the hours spent building containment.

Before we can remove asbestos-containing vermiculite, we have to establish clean zones, dirty zones, and fully contain the work area. Lots of poly. Lots of tape. Lots of attention to detail.

The removal gets the photos.
The containment makes it safe.👊🏼
