🚧 Exterior asbestos removal is underway. 🏡

This project involves selective stucco removal to safely expose and access the areas requiring abatement while keeping the rest of the building protected.

One section is already fully contained and ready to go, while another will be carefully removed as part of the ongoing abatement process.

Asbestos work isn’t about smashing things apart—it’s about planning, containment, precision, and protecting everyone on site. Every step is done with safety at the forefront so the project can move forward with confidence.

Before the smash comes the safe. 💥➡️✅

This home in North Saanich is getting ready for a complete demolition, but before the heavy equipment rolls in, hazardous materials have to be safely identified and removed.

Asbestos, vermiculite, mould, lead, and other hazardous materials all need to be professionally remediated before demolition can begin.

That’s where we come in.

At RemovAll, we make the site safe, compliant, and ready for the next crew. We handle the hazards so the demo team can focus on the smashy smashy.

One of the things we love most about what we do is the opportunity to work in some of the region’s most historic and iconic properties.

Before restoration, renovation, or modernization can begin, hazardous materials often need to be safely identified and removed. That’s where our team comes in—helping prepare these spaces for their next chapter while ensuring the work is completed safely and responsibly.

We feel incredibly fortunate to work throughout Greater Victoria, where heritage buildings and historic sites tell stories that span generations. It’s always an honour to play a small role in preserving these properties and helping protect the history they represent.

This project at Royal Roads University is a great example of how remediation supports restoration. By safely removing hazardous materials, we help create a path forward for the trades and craftspeople who will continue the work of preserving these remarkable buildings for future generations.

At RemovAll, it’s about more than remediation—it’s about caring for our environment, respecting our history, and helping protect the places that make our communities unique.

Before demolition could begin at the historic Village Green property in downtown Victoria, Team RemovAll was on site removing hazardous materials safely and professionally.

Hazardous materials abatement is a critical first step in any redevelopment project, helping protect workers, the public, and the environment while keeping projects on schedule and compliant with regulations.

Another project completed. Another site made ready for what’s next.
