I founded Eden Projects in 2005, one landscape and one relationship at a time. I’ve spent the past two decades carving out a space for myself in an industry that hasn’t always been built with women in mind. What I’ve learned is that our strengths such as intuition, communication, and the ability to nurture complex relationships are exactly what is needed to bring landscape dreams into reality. At

Eden Projects, we don’t just design beautiful outdoor spaces. We manage the full scope of construction, work alongside trusted trades, and advocate for the best outcome for everyone involved. It is a balance between vision and practicality, creativity and structure, nature and nurture. That balance is where I thrive. I take pride in working closely with our clients to understand their goals, set clear expectations, and lead our talented team to deliver something that is not just visually striking but also deeply personal, functional, and built to last. Every project is an opportunity to create something timeless while navigating real-world constraints with care, skill, and honesty. We are not your everyday landscape firm. We are a collective of professionals who care deeply about our work and the people we do it for. I do not believe in overpromising. I believe in working through the challenges, respecting the process, and always showing up with integrity. This work has taught me to lead with both precision and empathy. After 20 years, I can confidently say we are just getting started.

This is Maria. Maria Hendrix, Owner of West Bay Rock Gardens and fellow enthusiast of the human Spirit and all things Aggregate. And yes, we also love plants! Maria is joining us on yet another project, to bring the beauty of Crevice gardening to an otherwise uninspiring Egress. Our family also have the pleasure of enjoying our own awe inspiring crevice garden at Eden HQ and I’ve been thrilled to see them popping up across the Country: One most recently in St John’s NFLD, currated and installed by our own Paul Spriggs. Maria is also a strong advocate for our sector and plays a supportive role in our celebrating the female contingent in our trade. I speak not only for myself but my team and the many individuals who step in and up to the plate each day to bring their skill and enthusiasm to their work - You inspire us! We are stronger together, when we share, motivate and encourage one another. Good design and its ex*****on is only as good as our access to a thriving pool of talent, a united effort to attract suppliers and untapped resources, and a strong industry that instills confidence. Harmony is a prosperous sound. Join me as we celebrate the many local heroes on our teams in the coming weeks. Will be slowly dribbling these in over the next week or so. Still Basking in the glow of what it means to be genuinely supported and seen by an Industry we are so deeply proud to be a part of! Congratulations to our friends Modern Home for another beautiful Volume to add to the collection. Big thanks to Autonomous Furniture and long time wood-fanatic and fan of all things with a great story behind them,Kirk 🙏🏼 for hosting everyone tonight in what is sure to be a signature space for creative minds and makers to collect, inspire and support one another. The tour was the highlight of the evening. Love the way our favourite project of 2025 comes to life on its pages.

When Lauren and I set out to build this garden for our incredible about-to-be-married clients we have vision and a love story to inspire us. A take on the Highline is what they asked for… we mixed in the vibes of a Chelsea garden and big dollop of romance. Lauren can’t get over how beautiful it is. I can’t get over how beautiful she has curated it. As gardeners and garden designers, we tend to our gardens and yours, nurturing each plant, adjusting, manicuring, staring… admiring. We watching it grow and make every attempt to embrace its form until we step in to primo or augment. It’s a dance not unlike raising a child, and don’t for a second think it doesn’t “talk back”. It’s been an awfully dry Spring here in the PNW, we’re pleased to see this beauty pushing through it with gentle loving care. Heart full 💛. Today I visit my new friend Maryna and toured her incredible garden, only 3 years in the making. Maryna and her family (3 full generations in one house, Immageted from the Ukraine. And we to them she brought her passion for Iris and crossing to create new cultivars. She also grows the family’s food, grows for flower arranging and is genuinely wise in all things Horticulture. During the day, Maryna also works in a floral shop! While there I was given a. S lovely tour and taught how to propagate and cross breeds y own iris. She was a kind and graceful host.

Last week we learned that our Parker Perfect project, escalated to the NALE by our friends at the had received the prestigious NALE Circle of Excellence under the Category Top 3 Best Designs… “Nationally”.

There will be more in the coming days. But let me just take a breath here.

Receiving the AOE at the BCLNA level with the Green stamp recognition was something we worked very very hard for. These submissions are no joke, countless hours, anxieties, doubt, scrutiny… for work you’re putting in front of your peers to be judged by! That win was something special.

When I was asked if they could elevate to the NALE this year I was humbled but never in a second did I think, we think, that it would be a recipient. Not because it’s not a worthy product but because we are in awe of the work being designed and facilities by our fellow industry greats and I guess we forget our own tenure.

Needless to say we are over the moon that Parker Perfect has been recognized. Reclaiming this land for our incredible clients alongside their builders and our install partners with the support of our friends , has been incredibly rewarding.
