861 Esquimalt Road | Perimeter Support Advancing ⚒️

Our crew continues making steady progress at the 861 Esquimalt Road project as excavation support work moves along the perimeter.

With additional wall sections being sprayed and tiebacks installed throughout the excavation, the shoring system continues coming together to help stabilize the site for upcoming below-grade construction.

The Podium | Drilling Progress 🏗️

Our crew is advancing the last portion of the excavation shoring system at The Podium project alongside

Crews are currently installing tieback soil anchors to secure the upcoming shotcrete shoring as the site continues progressing toward design depth.

With drilling operations moving steadily across the perimeter, the team is also preparing for upcoming shotcrete application as the shoring system nears completion.

Another solid day of progress on site with multiple scopes continuing to move together.

The Podium | Drilling Progress

Shoring crew is back on site at The Podium with The team is working along the ramp, drilling anchors across the perimeter to tie in the remaining sections of shoring.

These are some of the final pieces of work before the excavation is finalized, opening up the full footprint for building construction.

The crew continues pushing deeper at The Podium, advancing through the excavation shoring while installing shotcrete lift by lift along the site ramp.

Today’s focus is the Garnet Road wall, where precision and coordination are critical as each section is shot and shaped into place in preparation for parkade wall structural shotcrete.

ESQ Road | Drilling Operations Underway 🚧

Work continues across the ESQ Road site as our crew pushes through multiple phases of the excavation support scope.

Along the roadway perimeter, rock anchors are being drilled in to help secure the excavation, while vertical piles are being installed along the south side of the site to build out the shoring system.

Esquimalt Road | Excavation Support Progress 🏗️

The .sd crew continues making steady progress at Esquimalt Road as the excavation support system takes shape across multiple areas of site.

Current work includes drilling and installing rock anchors along the roadside perimeter, setting vertical piles on the south side of the excavation, and advancing shotcrete application as sections of the shoring wall are built out.

With tiebacks, piles, and shotcrete all working together, each phase plays a key role in stabilizing the excavation and preparing the site for the next stage of below-grade construction.

Our crew is closing in on the final stages of perimeter shotcrete work at Luther Court, with the last wall sections along Cedar Hill now being completed.
