We also operate with very low overhead so I can keep the price point as reasonable as possible without sacrificing quality or workmanship. We take on jobs one at a time, and do not leave or go to other jobs until your renovation is finished. this reduces delays. and work is completed as quickly as possible. We are proficient in all the trades necessary and do all the work ourselves. This simplifies the process because there are no scheduling hassles. All the work is done with an eye towards the quality of the finished product, not each trade doing whats easiest for themselves. This happens all to often leaving substandard flaws in the renovation which are difficult and expensive to repair. This also means that changes or improvements to the design can be done on the fly without the usual high cost. We handle all aspects of renovations including:
Electrical (from simple repairs to full rewiring of houses, removal of knob and tube and new panels)
Plumbing (all aspects of household plumbing from simple drain or faucet repair to entirely new and state of the art systems with multi head shower arrangements)
Removal of walls and adding beams to create open concept spaces (steel, wood ,laminated)
Tiling (back splash, floors), doors, windows , framing, drywall, taping plastering, insulation,
Trim, crown moldings , sub floors, hardwood, carpet laminate linoleum and tile
