• General Labourer / Seasonal Hire

For the Truck Leader positions, we’re looking for people with professional landscaping experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to take ownership of a crew and job site.

For the General Labourer role, experience is an asset but not required. Reliability, work ethic, attitude, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.

For the right people, this can be more than a seasonal job. Year round employees can become eligible for health benefits, profit sharing, performance based wage increases, training, certifications, and opportunities to advance within the company.

A walk around one of our recent North Saanich residential landscaping projects, where the focus was on improving what was already there.

We added new plants, created crisp hard edges along the lawn, weeded and pruned the existing gardens, and finished the beds with fresh mulch.

This oceanfront home in Sidney, BC didn’t need a complete landscape overhaul it needed the existing property brought back into focus.

Our team completed a detailed garden cleanup, pruning, and fresh mulch installation, opening up overgrown areas, sharpening the garden beds, and giving the property a cleaner, more intentional finish.
