We have been busy this fall putting up garages in Wainwright and the surrounding area. Here is a turnkey garage package we just wrapped up for a customer, as well as a 28’x30’ garage with a 16’ covered patio area that we poured the foundation for and completed the framing!

Earlier this fall we poured retaining walls, grade beams, piles, and a rear parking pad and curbing at this property, and recently we returned to complete their driveway, stairs, sidewalks, and back patio area!

This 20’x20’ foundation is for a backyard storage building we will be constructing later in the fall, and will be a great addition to this property, giving these homeowners additional space for storage, and clearing out some room in their current attached garage!

We constructed concrete walls, grade beams and piles, a rear parking area and curbing at this new home! This outlines the property to provide a solid foundation for their fencing system, as well as provides proper drainage to the lot

We had the pleasure of pouring the foundation for this beautiful new 3000 square foot outdoor sport court at the Arm Lake Recreation Area! We excavated the area, compacted a solid base layer, installed our rebar and the anchoring systems for the sports equipment, and poured the concrete slab. Sport Court Alberta then came in and laid the surface tiles and installed the netting, which look and function great, and will give campers a great new space for recreation!

Check out this transformation! This home was completely renovated inside and out, with new drywall, subfloor, windows, doors, a new kitchen, and more. Additionally the house had been moved onto the property with the side wall facing the road, so we adjusted the layout of some windows and doors, replaced the old siding, added a covered wrap around porch, and gave this home a functional front sitting area, as well as some much needed curb appeal!
