Bathroom Reno - After Photos

Upgraded from a single to double vanity, updated the closet layout to a more functional and open storage system. Custom built recessed shelving and medicine cabinets to match. Upgraded to a 38” shower, new window, and added some more height by raising the ceiling as much as possible. Upgraded lighting and added a shower light too!

We’re hiring various construction positions!

Workers are expected to perform a variety of tasks depending on skill and work requirements. Duties will vary based on the project and season, which may include:
-roofing
-eavestroughing
-framing
-doors/windows
-decks
-fences
-soffit/fascia
-cement work
-bathrooms
-drywall, mud/tape, paint
-landscaping/grass cutting
-snow removal
-Handyman small jobs/repairs
-operate equipment, such as scissor lifts, man baskets, bobcats
-General Labour
and more.

Workers may also be cross-trained as part of our Traffic Control team.

Positions require:
-Working indoors and outdoors.
-Must be able to work from heights including ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts and man baskets.
-Must be reliable, able to work independently and able to work with others.
-Must be willing and able to perform physical work.
-Valid driver’s license. Preference will be given to Class 3 license.
-WHMIS and First Aid preferred.

We have an immediate need for a full-time skilled Carpenter.

Carpenters are expected to perform a variety of tasks depending on skill and work requirements. Duties will vary based on the project and season, which may include: roofing, eavestroughing, framing, doors/windows, decks, fences, cement work and more.

Carpenters are expected to take the lead on job sites and/or of a work crew, including being a working supervisor who coordinates staff, materials, tools/equipment and job records.

Position will require:
-Working indoors and outdoors.
-Must be able to work from heights including ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts and man baskets.
-Must be reliable, able to work independently and able to work with others.
-Must be willing and able to perform physical work.
-Valid driver’s license. Preference will be given to Class 3 license.

St. Amand’s Contracting is looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. Position would require 20-30 hours a week with the possibility of becoming full time. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, discretion, able to work independently, has good computer skills and experience with Word and Excel. Administration experience will be required. Experience with bookkeeping, Sage or similar accounting program is an asset. Wage based on experience.
