Complete interior transformation of this 2-bedroom condo unit to prepare for new tenant occupancy. The space required extensive surface preparation due to heavy wall markings and wear. Work included detailed sanding, surface repair, stain-blocking primer, and two finish coats throughout to ensure proper coverage and long-term durability. Ceilings were refreshed, trim and doors refinished, and all finishing details addressed for a clean, consistent result.
In addition to the painting scope, brand-new flooring was installed to modernize the unit and bring the overall condition up to rental-ready standards. Outlet and switch covers were replaced, and the space received a full cleanup to deliver a bright, refreshed, move-in-ready home.
