I’ve been so busy behind the scenes 💪
Many of my recent projects haven’t been ideal for before-and-after photos. Plus for those that don’t know , i rotate my services.
I paint one week, and clean homes the following week. This gives my body a chance to recuperate from painting and I love cleaning homes. I find it relaxing and rewarding - even when I’m cleaning so hard I’m almost out of breath lol

Currently , I’m working on a challenging ceiling repair where a previous painter used an extremely hard high mounds of epoxy to fill approximately 80 small holes , didn’t sand it, and painted directly over it. Even 40-grit sandpaper and a machine sander barely make a dent! 😅 My goal is to correct the imperfections as much as possible without requiring the homeowner to replace the drywall—and I’m confident I can get it done. Below is the before photo which is still hard to see the nightmare that lies ahead🫣.

I’m currently booking full-house projects into November, with limited availability before then for smaller one- or two-day jobs.

I don’t mean to toot my own horn - but ..this is how a deck is done right 🙂
I put so much into this - I wanted it to be exactly what my amazing client visioned for her new home and new chapter in her life. I’m glad I could be a small part of helping her achieve that.

Started with Behr deck wash and wood conditioner -number 63 . Brushed it in and took a complete day just to scrape all the moss build up off.
Power washed all that shmutz off. Complete sand , bare on tops .
Took the pergola apart. Sprayed shutter mechanism white. Replaced screws. Replaced all the shutters , painted those white.
Then the deck was done in Dulux Oil solid stain in Gibraltar Grey. Rolled in. Brush back. Rag excess.
I put lot of muscle into this and I’m confident this will last her many years to come.

One room down.
Spent 10 hours removing led strip lights that had permanent adhesive on them. Let’s just say my brain was working overtime with many curse words going around up there. Lol
But it turned out great even after that hell. Didn’t lose any paint chunks or have to putty all the strips in this room.

3 coats of primer - 2 paint.
Started with Zinner bullseye acrylic so any adhesive residue doesn’t reactivate and bubble up later - followed by two coats of Dulux Lifemaster primer and sealer. And two coats of Dulux Lifemaster - Colour Felted wool in a pearl finish.

Repeat customer and colour - still one of my favourites. ❤️

This hot tub is 20 years old which is crazy it’s still going - now it looks a little more updated.
