last foundation for 2022. we got lucky with some warm weather and were able to pour without frost fighters.

this is a recently completed icf foundation. this one turned out really nice, although it was some what difficult to get the mud to travel horizontal under the 5' window because there is so much webbing.

one of my biggest solo builds so far. over 170 cubic meters of concrete formed and placed in 3 stages. the tall wall holding up the patio is 20' tall and 10" thick. over 600 15mm rebar went into this foundation . everything was chipped out so the whole house sits on solid rock.
