Very excited about this project in the beautiful Sunshine Coast and working with Lincoln Construction | Home Builder

Such an amazing experience for the clients. As a designer, I understand space but sometimes the clients will make the wrong decisions and by the time the frame is done is too late.

The most common mistake I see it that things seem smaller on the floor plans. Walking on the floor plans to scale will answer any questions you may have. I was hesitant about the process but it saved us a few meetings and maybe unnecessary revisions.

Now, we’re ready to move on to the exterior design, ish me luck 😅

Our hearts are bleeding 🇻🇪

II can’t even comprehend the pain Venezuelan families are living right now. It is heart breaking without words.

So many emotions; the tragedy on one side and heroic moments on the other. Our hearts go down to hell and reach back to heaven in a matter of seconds. One minute you’re wondering what was God thinking, the other you’re witnessing a miracle. There not enough tears to soothe the pain.

So proud of my people, the civilians that have been working relentlessly, with their bare hands. Crawling through concrete and steel to get people out, one by one.

The useless government of Venezuela, that is not only not helping but actually blocking and interfering with the rescue efforts. A true cancer of society

We’re so thankful of all the countries and organizations that have helped without hesitation 🇲🇽🇸🇻🇺🇸🇮🇱🇪🇺🇨🇦🇵🇾🇨🇴🇪🇸 🇨🇭🇳🇱🇵🇹. Venezuelans will thank you forever and you won our hearts.
