Since establishing Sensitive Design in 1996, Susanne Doise, Principal, has created a successful design firm, undertaking numerous projects and management assignments ranging from the very large (house and condominium design and construction) to the very small (kitchen and bathroom renovations). Susanne's expertise is based upon her creative talent, practical design capabilities and strong tech

nical and project management skills. Her engineering experience, understanding of building techniques and an eagerness to keep up with the changes in North American and European technology help differentiate Sensitive Design from its competitors. Born in Germany, Susanne graduated from the University of Munich with a degree in Architecture (Diplom- Ingenieur), followed by postgraduate studies at the Academy of Art in Munich in Fine Arts. Her early career included various assignments with architectural companies in Germany, USA and Canada before permanently taking up residence in Vancouver in 1988. She is a member of the Interior Design Institute in BC, Professional Designer, NCIDQ # 026100, and the Greater Vancouver Homebuilder Association.
