Our client was looking for a cleaner solution for the TV setup in this living room. 📺We removed the old furniture and built simple floating shelves that make the space feel lighter and more open.

This window had hidden moisture damage that went much deeper than expected. Once we opened it up, everything needed full replacement.

We rebuilt the structure, installed proper insulation, added new waterproofing, and finished it off with a brand-new window that’s safe, sealed, and ready for Whistler weather.
