HELP WANTED
We are searching for a part-time recycling attendant for the McLeese Lake Transfer Station.
Hours:
April 1 to September 30 - Sat and Sun 12-4
October 1 to March 31- Sat and Sun 12-3
Location: McLeese Lake Transfer Station, 2258 Beaver Lake Road
Job Duties:
Sorting and assisting residents with recycling and compliance with recycling requirements.
Ensuring clean work area, free from hazards.
Organizing and sorting recycling tote storage and communicating with contractor for removal of recycling.
Prior recycling duties or knowledge an asset but not required.
Wage: $20.00 per hour with opportunity for additional hours dependent on availability.
Start date: June 21, 2025

We are hiring for positions for labourers for snow shovelling and drivers for snow plowing and sanding.
MUST be reliable, able and willing to work when the weather demands, and available on call, sometimes starting in the wee hours of the morning and be able to get yourself to various locations throughout Williams Lake.

Hello everyone and welcome! We are pleased to announce that ILJ Ventures Ltd is under new ownership as of January 1, 2023! We’ve been quiet since then as we took a much needed vacation (if not exactly as planned with the timing of our new roles) but want to say that we are back in the land of the snow and are confident we can continue to provide the level of professionalism and quality services you’ve come to expect to our valued clients and hope to expand things in the future to include more earthworks services in the warmer months.

We thank everyone for their continued patience while we settle into our new position and value your feedback.
