JNC started a new job this week, and before any sort of work can be done site protection needs to be installed.
This is often overlooked or done haphazardly, but by protecting the existing floors and setting up a dust wall we ensure a couple things:
1. We minimize potential for damage, spills and dings. It also allows for trades to come in and out without having to worry about dragging in snow, mud or water.
2. We separate the construction zone from the rest of the living space. As you can see in the first photo there is a finished room that gets used. By putting up a dust wall the living space can be used and not get dusty or dirty from construction debris. And by putting in a zipper door it allows the clients to be able to access the laundry area without having to fully take down the dust wall.
