I'm doing a job for a couple of local business men who are attempting to revitalize a great building. It's on Droulard street. If I spelled it wrong no offense attended. I know how sensitive people are who grew up in this neighborhood. And that's a good thing. If you grew up in this neighborhood you are proud of it because of the community that you once remember. People all looked out for each other. And this area has been known for that for many years. I went to high school with a few young men who just had nothing but respect for the neighborhood that they grew up in. And they knew everything and everybody in this community. Nothing has changed. When you come to this street you will notice that these people still existed but they spawned off and they have had children. And those same children who have had children have the same vibe and respect for their neighborhood. The Droulard areas coming back. And if you say that you'll never visit the street careful what you say. One night you might be on a date and your old lady says let's go to such and such restaurant. And it just happens to be on the street that you said you would have nothing to do with. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. This area is 10 times better than anything downtown. And it has way more history. This street used to be the busiest Street in the city. Every little mama pop shop would be full and waiting to service all of the Ford workers. Money used to grow on trees back then. Now we all got to work harder and let's not forget our old school neighborhoods. Thank God for these contractors
