Maple Leaf Outdoor Services is growing, and we’re looking to add a minimum of 2 new team members to our crew.
🌿 Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
📈 Performance-Based Pay Opportunities
📍 Windsor & Essex County
✅ Must be 18 years of age or older
This is not a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
We’re looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy being outdoors, take pride in their work, and aren’t afraid of long days, hot weather, grass, dirt, pollen, and physical labor.
Experience is preferred.
One of the biggest qualifications we’re looking for is experience operating a gas-powered string trimmer (w**d whipper). Our crews service multiple properties per day, so confidence and efficiency with outdoor equipment are important.
Our work includes:
• Lawn maintenance
• String trimming & edging
• Hedge & shrub trimming
• Garden maintenance
• Mulch installation
• Sod installation
• Stone installation
• Planting trees, shrubs & perennials
• Property cleanups
We provide the equipment, training, and opportunity.
