Introducing The Eleven on Edinborough Street in Windsor!

Designed as a flex-space, the project features two buildings totalling 11 adaptable units. The building is defined by a durable material palette, generous glazing, and overhead doors that balance functionality with a clean aesthetic.

Bold architectural design defined by light, transparency, and a clear, open form.

ADA provided full architectural services for the Mitsubishi Motors dealership in Tecumseh, Ontario, supporting the project from early design stages through construction documentation and delivery. With a strong focus on design intent and detailing, the building is organized around a bright, open showroom where natural light defines the interior experience, creating a clear and welcoming spatial experience throughout.

This collaboration between Petretta and 401 group is the first of many to come!

We are proud to share the completed Sorēlle Pilates & Wellness Studio in Tecumseh, Ontario. The owner came to us with a clear vision: to create a dedicated space where every detail invites clients to slow down, connect, and move with intention.

Our design approach emphasized cohesion through natural tones, microcement throughout, and a continuous green quartzite detail that links the front juice bar to the studio at the back of the building. Softly backlit arches introduce depth and maintain visual continuity throughout the space.

This project is a true testament to the power of thoughtful design in shaping a space.

Proud to be the archtiect on this new mixed-use building on Sprucewood Avenue in LaSalle. The 3-storey development includes residential units above professional office spaces, contributing to the evolving character of the neighbourhood.

The building’s clean lines, contrasting materials, and generous glazing bring a contemporary presence to the street. We love how the strong corner entry anchors the site.

We’re beyond excited to unveil the stunning new exterior of Joseph Anthony, renovated to better reflect the timeless elegance of their jewelry collections inside.

💎Luxurious solid limestone veneer and precast cornice details exude sophistication for this facade.
💎The sleek black and gold accents add a touch of modern glamour - black and white vein lightweight stone composite, custom black and gold acm awnings, and of course the sparkling custom paint finish on the alternating metal blades at the entry.
💎Lighting up the design are the new linear sconces, custom LED back lit JA signage and entry canopy.
