$28–$35/hr – Based on Experience
Windsor / Essex Area
North Construction is looking for an experienced concrete finisher who can also run equipment and keep jobs moving efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
Footings, floors, slabs, driveways, porches
Screeding, floating, edging, finishing
Operating skid steer & mini excavator
Assisting with forming & site prep
Assets (not required, but valued):
DZ or AZ licence
Strong equipment operating experience
What we expect (non-negotiable):
Proven concrete finishing experience
Can handle full pour days without slowing the crew
Attention to detail & pride in clean work
Reliable and works well with a team
