Boreal is hiring!

Position: Lead installer to work with our millwork/cabinetry shop, fitting shop built custom cabinetry in residential settings. 
* 3-5 years cabinetry/millwork installation or finish carpentry.
* Skilled at laying out millwork elevations based on shop drawings and architectural renderings.
* Able to think and plan ahead, planning and coordinating for the overlap of other trades, identifying issues and helping to resolve the issues.
* Thorough understanding of cabinetry/millwork installation, wood products, wood joinery and the operation and installation of hardware systems
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Strong communications skills. The candidate will be working closely with the division manager, shop manager and cabinet engineer to ensure projects are completed as envisioned and will also provide feedback on ways to improve our systems and product.  
* Works well Independently and as a teammate
* Effective time manager - able and willing to work diligently and efficiently – able to self-manage time and tasks, complete work quickly, but accurately to meet deadlines and our quality standards
