Lakefront project with a view. 🌊 🌅

Beautiful scenery, but this one came with its challenges. All materials had to be moved 300 feet downhill, so it took some creative thinking, problem solving, and a hardworking crew to make it happen.

Challenges don’t stop us — they push us to find a way. That’s what we do!

500 feet of embedded steel angle iron cut out and removed. ✅

250 linear feet of cable tray trenches filled and restored. ✅

3 concrete block-outs installed for sump pits with plumbing tied into a pump-out pit. ✅

Grates ready to be installed and set flush. ✅

High quality concrete solutions, on time and on budget ✅

Now the floor is functional for the client to park equipment in a warm space, allow for snow to melt, and have the ability to wash equipment indoors.
