Quick update
So this is still the same job. The interior is having k**b and tube electrical removed and replaced and we are repairing the damage done during the replacement and will finish by priming/painting everything.
We also did a quick wall paper removal. Slightly out of order as you can we repaired the damage along the middle of the wall before removing the wallpaper.
The customer originally wanted to keep the wallpaper up because they were afraid removing it would reveal multiple layers and a much larger project then they were willing to take on budget wise, however it ended up being a single layer that took us less then an hour to remove fully with just a light misting and very minimal damage to repair afterwards. Normally it would take much more water and prep but we got surprisingly lucky here so we did it for free.
