So in this picture we can see that the original mastic that was put on this chimney shoot has completely eroded away and is flaking off. This cause water to go inside the homeowner's house.

We were able to scrape it away add new mastic thickly, and I even did butyl caulking around the medical edges.

This allowed the homeowner to finally feel safe leaving their home not worried that every rainfall would equal damages to their interior.

Repair on a exhaust vent that never had the insulated flexible duct connected from the bathroom ceiling fan.
