We utilize precision laser-guided line painting technology and professional-grade equipment, making this skilled, hands-on work.

Position: Parking Lot Maintenance Technician

✔ Full-time & part-time
✔ Start mid-April (paid training commences April 15)
✔ Days, evenings & weekends

Key Responsibilities
-Sweeping & cleaning parking lots
-Line painting (including the lines you see everywhere)
-Operating equipment such as blowers, pressure washers & stripers
-Driving trucks & pulling trailers
-Working collaboratively with a crew to ensure jobs are completed correctly

Requirements
-Class 5 licence (required)
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Demonstrate punctuality, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
-Physical stamina to handle lifting up to 70 lbs

🔥 Possession of a Class 3 licence or equipment experience is highly advantageous

Compensation
Starting at $18/hour
Performance-based raises

It was such a busy season that only until now are we finely able to catch up and showcase some of the projects we’ve completed! This is OneSchool Global. They were looking for a little bit of everything. Most importantly they wanted functionality for their busy lot come September.

Enter us! With some back and forth planning and discussion this was the end result! Another very happy customer and another opportunity for Patchman Lineworks to do what we do best!

Four Seasons Sales in Headingley! They wanted some red thrown into the project to match the theme of their sign and logo. Turned out really nice!
