Here is some before and after pictures to show you of how we do things a lot differently than most ! One of the most important parts of your roof that need special attention is your valleys and roof vents that have to be done properly to ensure no leaks and longevity the most common is a trimmed valley but if not trimmed properly the top corner of the shingle will divert rain water right along the top of the shingle into your home!! It must be trimmed off as well. But we will not allow this to happen as we do our valleys the way the master taught us to do! A weaved valley will never leak if done properly it will also last a lot longer with there being extra layers of shingles and looks amazing as well! Also we always install all new roof vents at no extra charge upgrading the exhaust fan vents to a high profile gooseneck style vent that won’t cause a horse shoe shaped ice dam below the vent in the winter months when the snow melts the U shaped ice dam holds the water until it eventually makes its way back up under the vent down the pipe and onto your bathroom floor! Also an extreme fire hazard as the fan power source is right there as well!! This is what separates us from the competition and keeps you and your family safe and dry!!

We’ve been out shoveling roofs and unplugging snow covered roof/attic vents. Did you know plugged vents fail and condensation builds up in your attic and freezes to the under side of your plywood? Prevent damage to your roof!

Winnipeg has seen an abunance of snow fall lately, while you are worried about clearling your driveway- you should also be thinking about your roof.

Don’t let your ceiling get damaged and cause black mold because your roof vents are plugged with snow. Roof vents are more crucial to be functioning properly in the winter months than they are in summer months, as they are letting out the excess heat. If the vents are plugged condensation will build up and freeze- when the temperature rises again it will begin to melt. Your atttic space will become very wet resulting in numerous issues to your home.
