Project Grosvenor. A commercial space made to balance aesthetics and function, while working within the architectural framework that already existed. Through the addition of new arches and intentional detailing, the space was reshaped to feel softer, calmer, and more connected throughout. Rich wood tones, lime wash walls, natural stone, and mood lighting layer together to create a grounded, welcoming atmosphere.

We are pleased to welcome Mark Graceffo as General Manager.

Mark brings a deep background in construction leadership, operational ex*****on, and team development, along with a strong growth mindset. From leading complex commercial builds to developing high-performing teams, he understands what it takes to deliver at a high level, while also building the systems, people, and structure required for a business that lasts.

What stood out most to us about Mark is how he thinks and how he leads, with discipline, clarity, and accountability. The same way he approached a long career in football as both a player and coach, he understands that performance is built on preparation, consistency, and ex*****on at every level.

His focus at Garnet is straightforward:
