Small basement renovation. Complete with new plumbing for a basement bathroom and a back water valve. Just before the carpet went in we discovered a leak in the foundation. I had my guys dig and seal the south foundation wall, luckily we found this before the carpet went in. Turned out great.

2nd storey and 4th car garage addition. Over 1400 sq ft of extra space. Vaulted ceilings, round windows and lots of pink. My crew and I did all of the work from the ground up.

Small bathroom renovation. Some unexpected items. The customer decided to get a cast iron tub, which weighs about 350lbs without water. Called my engineer to see if their floor would support it. It turns out it wouldn't over time so I reinforced the floor joists. The tub was bigger than the previous tub so I have to move the main stack. Every problem has a solution. It turned out great.
