Elyse Love-Dillman has spent more than a decade shaping health, safety, and environmental practices at FWS, helping build a culture grounded in accountability, awareness, and care for people.
As Manager, HSE, she has led key initiatives including the development of FWS’s first safety orientation video and the creation of the company’s environmental protection program. Her leadership has contributed to major milestones, including achieving 2 million hours without a lost-time incident.
A CRSP-certified professional, Elyse champions human-centered safety systems that reflect how work gets done in the field. Just as important, she has built and mentored a strong, independent HSE team, creating the foundation for long-term growth and continuous improvement.
Elyse believes that strong safety performance starts with engaged teams, clear expectations, and the right support in place to do the job safely.
Outside of work, she lives on a rural acreage with her husband and two children, where she enjoys gardening and snowboarding. Her passion for wellness, personal growth, and mentorship reflects the values that define FWS.
