You definitely learn the difference between what the city requires as standards for installations and the rural requirements. Rural appears to have less restrictive.

Happy New Year.

Well here is a little tip for all those people that still have Aluminum wiring still in there homes. Here is a photo of what can possibly happen when copper outlets and aluminum wiring are not treated properly. This is just for people to be aware of what wiring exists in your home.

Well as of October 1st the new electrical code book is now going to be enforced by the city of Winnipeg. Costs could be going up for your electrical installation as permits are increasing and you new rules could cost you more in material cost. Make sure what your permit covers, the old rules or the new and clarify with your electrician.

Well another day and another passed inspection. We just need to start closing up the property to get the final done and move onto the next job.
