This is what a six-figure landscape job looks like in Royalwood 👀

It starts out front:
✅ Two pockets of turf to bring in some green
✅ The existing rock beds weeded and topped up with fresh decorative stone
✅ A very large gabion wall for privacy and safety
✅ A driveway extension in Techo-Bloc Westmount pavers in Merlot, laid in herringbone

But the backyard is where this one really comes together.

Barbecue is serious business around here, so this outdoor kitchen was built for every cooking scenario you can think of.

Pit Boss smoker. Gozney pizza oven. Napoleon grill with a side burner. ENO plancha for smash burgers and weekend breakfasts.

All set into a granite countertop with a chiseled natural edge.

Too many ways to cook? Not in Manitoba 😅

Right beside it, a stone fireplace. Whoever’s on the grill is still part of the conversation, and the fire stretches their nights outside into October and November. In Winnipeg, those extra weeks count 🔥

This is what a six-figure landscape job looks like in Winnipeg 👀

This Royalwood backyard was built for every way you’d want to cook:
✅ BBQ + side burner
✅ Pizza oven
✅ Integrated smoker
✅ ENO plancha for smash burgers and breakfast
✅ Built-in fridge + storage

All under a custom pergola, on a granite countertop with a chiseled edge and waterfall details.

Right beside it, a fireplace with wood storage. Someone’s cooking, everyone else is by the fire, even on a cold October night 🔥

Out front:
✅ Two turf accents
✅ Refreshed rock beds
✅ A gabion privacy wall hiding the new driveway extension

The driveway was pretty new, so no machinery on it. We roughed this one in the hard way 😅

Let’s settle the debate plastic edging or brick edging 👀

Here’s why we always suggest brick paver edging instead:

Better curb appeal. Longer lasting. Higher resale value. And it actually ties into the rest of your yard instead of fighting it.

That black plastic strip might save a few dollars upfront… but it’s not doing your property any favours down the road.

The details are what separate a good landscape from a great one 🙌
