The majority of our home models are built in our yard and transported to your property. Once an RTM home arrives, it’s placed on its permanent foundation—it isn’t designed to be moved again.

That means an on-site build and an RTM home can offer the same sense of permanence, long-term value and pride of ownership. The best option often depends on your land, location and site access.

Building on-site may be ideal if your property is within city limits, heavily treed or difficult to access. A select few of our models, including the two-story Sandpiper shown here, are built on-site only.

Whether it’s built in our yard or directly on your property, it’s still a home built for the long term—and a place to call your own. ✨
