We can reduce the problem stump to satisfy your needs: - If your desire is to replace the stump and plant grass, we would reduce it 6 - 8 inches below grade. - If your desire is to replace the stump with a walkway or driveway we would reduce it 9 – 10 inches below grade. - Roots decompose with time. We can assess above ground problem roots.
