Let’s be real: living in a duplex can be a total nightmare when your neighbors treat the property like a public dump. My client was tired of walking past a mountain of garbage and cigarette butts at her own front door while the landlord looked the other way.
She wasn't looking for a quick fix; she wanted a long-term solution that reclaimed her space and her dignity. At Manic Contracting, that’s exactly what we delivered. We didn't just throw up some boards—we built a structure that matches the quality of the person living inside.

We completely transformed this backyard, and the results speak for themselves! 🏡✨

​We started by clearing out three cramped decks, saving the main frame, and giving it a total refresh with brand new pressure-treated lumber. We relocated the gazebo to its own dedicated pad, added a custom bench and garden box, and installed a full-length staircase leading down to 500 sq ft of fresh sod.

​We started this basement bathroom renovation with a massive challenge: a completely unusable, moldy shower and a layout that needed a total reset. We didn't just surface-level renovate—we gutted the entire room, ripped up the concrete floor to relocate the shower drain, and built this space back up from scratch.
