Today we replaced a 22-year-old Keeprite furnace for one of our returning customers. After over two decades of reliable service, the furnace’s circuit board unfortunately failed.

In our climate, furnaces typically have an expected lifespan of 15–20 years. Considering the age of the unit, replacing the system was the most practical and cost-effective solution rather than repairing it.

We were happy to respond quickly and install a new high-efficiency 96–97% Keeprite furnace to keep the home comfortable for years to come.

This installation was also packaged with a FREE full home duct cleaning, a FREE Honeywell thermostat, and FREE furnace filters for the first three years. We truly appreciate the continued trust and loyalty this customer has placed in our team.

Perhaps we’re being a little dramatic! — but 90 seconds can certainly feel much longer when you’re standing in front of a thermostat.
