After a nasty black water back in our basement we had to have the entire area gutted and made ready for a renovation. Priority's team was fast and efficient with packing untouched items up and prepping the area for demolition. When they returned I was so impressed by how meticulous they were in the basic demo but how they quickly problem solved a few of the curve-ball anomalies an old home can throw at you. You can tell these folks are professionals that truly know their business. The safety protocols impressed me as I always am concerned for the health and welfare of the people working on my home.

At the time, I was unaware that Priority Restoration does more than insurance claim demolition work and after seeing what they are capable of, regret not having them submit a quote for the revamped renovation but it was too late and another company had been employed to build the new layout. what was so glaringly different about the two companies was the quality of work and the detailed billing that we enjoyed from Priority Restoration. They are very reasonably priced and They made clear where every penny was going. The other company simply quoted by room and only made a few notes that went along with the price. Priority had everything itemized down to the screws and left no questionable charges.

All in all, from beginning to the end of the demolition process, Priority Restoration made what was a terribly upsetting disaster seem manageable. The more we got to know them the more at ease I was made to feel knowing were in such knowledgeable and caring hands! Thanks to Marty and his entire team for a job extremely well done! You can bet that when the next big project in my home comes up, I will be giving Marty and the folks at Priority Restoration a call long before anyone else!
