Well looks like a certain ICAN Construction & Renovation company got noticed in "Canadian Contractor Magazine" for a project we completed a few years ago.The article is short and doesn't really give a full detail on what was required in bringing this Tuxedo Landmark mansion back into the record books. It literally felt like it took moving mountains to get this project through to completion and it was the amazing trades that made this transformation what it turned out to be!

Mother Nature in all her beauty always has her own plans and we are at her mercy! 35 years in custom home building and just when you think you've seen it all, she sends a message that you better accept! She's large and in charg and reminds you that you're not in charge of schedules and progress!
This custom home so far has been an epic gruelling battle to get this home up out of the wet frozen clay. She threw almost every element she had in her arsenal at us from every angle almost everyday, snow, blowing snow, rain, freezing rain, sleet, and relentless wind this spring have worn us down a bit but those shingles on the roof mean were now close to being closed in and the she loses the grip she has on schedules. Its all hands on deck and the fluidity of quality trades and communication we can start the fun part! ROCK & ROLL!💪👊😎

Wanted to share a super cool project that took a mountain of planning, engineering and detailed ex*****on by so many people and trades to pull this off!
We completely removed the whole section of home and added a whole new basement under this existing pool so we could house all the mechanicals and air systems required to operate an indoor pool! These projects take an amazing coordinated effort to accomplish but the end results speak for themselves.A very special thanks to amazing clients who showed incredible patience with all the intrusions a project like this can take! It's truly an incredible effort by so many!
Indoor pool,Walk in hot tub and an elevator and an indoor sauna!

Nothing like having your own lumber yard in the middle of nowhere and having the opportunity to build without the interruptions of phone calls, emails, or even site visitors!

Not every road is paved with Gold! This is a little blast from the past. We had to have ice roads built to allow us access to the very remote build site in the far north for the delivery of building materials and equipment before the spring melt! Sometime's reflection on past adventures sets a spark!😎

She a damp Saturday so here's some photos of a great place to stay and maybe watch a movie in this custom home theatre with shooting star ceilings and extremely beautiful design and detail with amazing millwork! This space has a custom bar and all the little things you might need on a gloomy day! The doors are custom hand painted by the very talented Jen Mosienko! 😎
