All Around Property Maintenance is hiring 6 new team members for the upcoming snow removal season, with the opportunity to continue into full-time, year-round employment doing lawn care and landscaping once spring arrives.

Positions Available:
• ❄️ Snow Shovelling & Snow Blowing Labourers
• 🚜 Skid Steer Operators
• 🦺 Front-End Loader Operators
• 🚚 Plow Truck Operators

About the Job:
• 🕓 Work begins when the snow starts falling — be ready to go as soon as the season hits!
• 🌿 Full-time work continues through spring, summer, and fall in lawn care and landscaping.
• 💰 Competitive pay based on experience.
• 🩺 Full health benefits offered after a brief qualifying period with the company.

Requirements:

All Around Group is now hiring for the lawn maintenance division. All Around Property Maintenance specializes in quality grass maintenance and snow removal for multifamily, residential and commercial properties.

We are looking for responsible team members to join our crews. Ideal candidates will be positive, work well with a team and follow directions easily. Experience with commercial lawn equipment is a definite plus but not required. We will train for the right person. Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required. Reliable transportation to and from work is a requirement.

We aim to work Monday - Friday in the summer but do work the occasional weekend as well depending on weather circumstances. This position leads into fall and winter work year round! In Winter we work on all snow days with additional hours for ice/site checks.
