Everything in this mechanical room is curtesy of yours truly 🙂

In this new home we installed 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners, 1 instantaneous hot water heater, 1 make up air, 1 hrv and 1 boiler for infloor heating throughout main floor and basement.

It takes a lot of planning, experience and finesse to make this mechanical room look this good.

Happy Friday! 👇🏼

This customer was building a shop and was wanting in floor heat - however they were nervous with having this as a single heat source.

So we installed two boilers, staggering them so if one ever fails, the building will never freeze. Every 24 hours the boilers flip from being the primary to the secondary, this way both boilers get an equal amount of usage.
