Swipe to see the progress taking shape on site. We’ve completed the PWF framing and are now joisting and sheathing the floor system with conventional lumber, creating a solid platform for the next phase of construction.

With the structure advancing, we’re getting closer to final grading and shaping the property for proper drainage, access, and a finished site.

Here are some photos from an ongoing build:

Cottage country projects demand more than standard concrete work — they require precision, planning, and the ability to execute in challenging conditions. From scribing plywood tight to bedrock, to setting level and square multi-step footings pinned solid to rock, every step is done with care and attention to detail.

We also batch mix concrete on site, allowing us to take on projects where access is limited and quality cannot be compromised. Whether it’s slabs, grade beams, footings, or other custom remote projects, we bring the experience, equipment, and workmanship needed to deliver a strong result.
