We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, but that’s because we’ve been incredibly busy out in the field! We’re beyond thankful for all the continued support and the work that keeps coming our way.

Here’s a look at one of many recent projects we wrapped up! We came in to tackle a large concrete demolition, breaking up and removing the existing concrete via skid steer paired with a hydraulic jackhammer attachment before hauling everything away.

From breaking and removal to the final cleanup, we take pride in getting the job done right and leaving our customers with a clean slate for what comes next.

A huge thank you to all of our customers for keeping us busy and trusting us with your projects!

SHOP PAD COMPLETE!

Another project wrapped up by Elevation Property Services!

We recently completed the excavation and construction of a 30’ x 40’ shop pad, focusing on building a solid, stable foundation built to last.

Here’s a look at what went into this project:

Excavation and site preparation
Non-woven geotextile fabric installation
Geogrid installation for added ground reinforcement
2” recycled concrete base
3/4” down limestone for a smooth, finished surface
Material placed and compacted in 4” lifts, with continuous watering and compaction throughout the process to achieve a strong, well-packed base.

A quality shop pad starts from the ground up. Proper excavation, reinforcement, material placement, moisture control, and compaction are key to creating a dependable foundation for the structure above.

SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO WINTEC! A big thank you to the team at Wintec for supplying all the materials and handling the trucking to help get this project completed. We appreciate the support and the great service!

Another project completed!

We came in and built a solid, level shed pad to provide the proper base for this new shed. Once the pad was completed, we finished the surrounding area with fresh topsoil placement and final grading, followed by overseeding with quality grass seed to help bring the area back to life.

From proper base preparation to the finishing touches, we make sure the job is done right from the ground up.

DRIVEWAY RECONDITIONING — BEFORE & AFTER

This driveway was ready for a refresh! We came in with our specialty land leveler/reclamation attachment and completely reconditioned the existing driveway, bringing it back to a smooth, level and functional surface.

After reshaping and reclaiming the existing material, we added fresh aggregate material to cap it off, giving the driveway a clean, fresh look and a solid new surface.

A great option for driveways that have developed ruts, potholes, washouts, or uneven areas without needing a complete rebuild.
