Called back to add a matching deck to the rear. The owner wants to finish the landscaping themselves. Solid composite deck with hidden fasteners and metal railings. Solid as.

New tile and trim can do wonders. The new trim is plastic so it is durable against water, like tile, and won't swell like MDF or wood.

Basement refresh down to the concrete. Added new, mold resistant insulation. Moved and added heat runs to make it more comfortable in the winter. Modern pot lights with dimming 3 way switches. New laminate flooring and stair treads.removed aluminum wiring. Accent wall with a back story. The works!

Wrapped up the final touches to the most unique project to date. Over 100' of boardwalk suspended between armour stone.

Been a very busy few months!
Here is the latest of a few bathroom renos. This one was a complete gut.
New insulation for heat and sound. New and level sub floor. New exhaust fan. Updated plumbing and electrical. Bamboo accents.
