During this off-season, the guys managed to keep busy! There was a land clearing project in Indian Hills, cleaning up a property that had been overgrown for decades and was no longer visible from the street.
Many honey-do jobs were also checked off, replacing the flooring in our living room, dining room, and our daughter's room. Under the old carpet in her room, we were excited to find the original wood from when that part of the house was built in the early 1900s. Many hours of sanding and staining later, her floor looks beautiful!
We also reclaimed some tongue and groove wood boards from an old school house on Rachelle's parent's property that they were tearing down. We tore down a large plaster wall in our house, and after a staining process, used the boards from the old building to cover the beam and open the area up to a great room instead of two separate rooms.
The projects kept us all very busy, but we love an opportunity to be creative!

"Gorilla Hair " mulch is a highly fibrous, shredded cedar bark with a fuzzy, hair-like texture. Known for its reddish-brown color and long-lasting, interlocking matting, it is excellent for w**d suppression, moisture retention, and preventing erosion on slopes. It is extremely durable, resistant to fading, and lasts much longer than bargain mulches.

* 3 cubic feet bags- not the standard 2
* Bags are a clean way to store and deliver mulch, and the weights/measurements are exact. We store these in our shop, out of the elements.

Well, this weekend's installation probably marked the end of our curbing season. Thank you to every customer that trusted us with their project this year, we truly appreciate your business. Being voted the #1 landscaping company in just our second year in business was a huge surprise, and quite humbling.
To everyone we didn't get to this season, we're sorry that we are at the mercy of Mother Nature, but we will be reaching out this winter to get you first on the books for the spring.
I want to thank my boys, Jake and Logan, for their help all season, and to everyone else that helped us with our jobs. It takes a good crew to run efficiently, and we certainly did this year.

Today we installed our seamless High Plains Stone in five colors of tan, brown, and rust, to compliment the stone work on the front of the home. This is actually the third homeowner on this street that we've had the pleasure of working with! We're really enjoying enhancing these beautiful newly constructed homes.
