Preserve Life – Lodge: Modulares Bauen mit Holz
Im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts Preserve Life verantwortet Häring Timber Technology die Holzbauplanung sowie die Produktions- und Montageüberwachung des Teilprojekts Lodge. Das Projekt startete mit der Entwicklung und Lieferung einer 1:1-Mustereinheit, welche als Referenz für die Serienfertigung und die Montageprozesse diente.
Insgesamt entstehen 52 modulare Einheiten aus rund 1.500 m³ PEFC-zertifiziertem Brettschichtholz und Brettsperrholz (CLT). Dank des hohen Vorfertigungsgrades und einer präzisen digitalen Planung können Qualität, Ausführungssicherheit und effiziente Bauabläufe über alle Projektphasen hinweg sichergestellt werden.
Von der technischen Projektierung über die Fertigung bis zur Montagebegleitung übernimmt Häring Timber Technology die Koordination der Holzkonstruktionen. Das Projekt zeigt beispielhaft, wie nachhaltige Baustoffe, industrielle Vorfertigung und modernes Holzengineering zu einer wirtschaftlichen und ressourcenschonenden Gesamtlösung kombiniert werden können. Preserve Life – Lodge: Modular Timber Construction at Scale
As part of the Preserve Life development, Häring Timber Technology is responsible for the timber engineering, production supervision, and installation monitoring of the Lodge project. The project commenced with the design, production, and delivery of a full-scale 1:1 prototype unit, establishing the technical benchmark for serial production and on-site assembly.
The development comprises 52 modular units manufactured from approximately 1,500 m³ of PEFC-certified glulam and cross-laminated timber (CLT). Leveraging advanced digital modelling, industrial prefabrication, and optimized construction processes, the project achieves high standards of quality, efficiency, and ex*****on reliability.
From detailed timber engineering and production coordination to assembly supervision, Häring Timber Technology provides technical oversight throughout all project phases. The Lodge project demonstrates how sustainable timber materials, modern engineering, and off-site manufacturing can be combined to deliver a durable, resource-efficient, and scalable construction solution.
