On 10 December, United Nations Human Rights Day, the International Bar Association (IBA) highlights the ways it is working to promote and protect the of all people. Alongside the work of the IBA’s Human Rights Law Committee, the IBA’s Policy & Research Unit (LPRU) has recently updated its guides on and human rights for and lawyers. The LPRU has also produced a handbook for lawyers on business and human rights and has devised a training programme for legal institutions to improve their knowledge in this area.
