Located on the shores of Lake Leman in Montreux, this residence was designed as a dialogue between contemporary architecture and the Swiss landscape.

Panoramic glazing, textured concrete, and minimalist forms create a calm, private atmosphere with uninterrupted views of the lake and the Bernese Alps.

The project consists of three independent apartments united by a clear architectural vision inspired by Swiss rationalism.

Le Chalet Ursina réunit trois résidences privées, chacune avec son propre caractère. En commun : un spa, une salle de sport, un ski lounge, un home cinéma, un simulateur de golf, un espace de divertissement et un garage.

De l’extérieur, impossible d’imaginer ce qui se cache à l’intérieur — pensé pour la façon dont les gens veulent réellement vivre dans les Alpes.
