As the lead project manager, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed—directly or indirectly—to the development of project HORIZON PRIZREN in Kosovo.
Developed by SWISSDEV in collaboration with ARTEC Studio, HORIZON PRIZREN is an ambitious mixed-use development comprising eight buildings. It represents a new vision of contemporary living in Prizren, combining high-quality architecture, green terraces, residential spaces, shops and welcoming public areas.
Reaching this important stage would not have been possible without the commitment, expertise, creativity and continued support of all those involved. Every contribution—whether technical, architectural, administrative, financial or advisory—has played an essential role in shaping this remarkable project.
On behalf of SWISSDEV, I would therefore like to extend my warmest thanks to each and every one of you for your dedication, trust and valuable participation throughout the development process.
We are now entering a decisive and exciting new phase: the launch of construction of the first HORIZON PRIZREN building.
